Unaible to connect to server!!!!!!

Dear Users

Please i have a big problem: i cant play the game.A window tells me unaible to connect to server.What sould i do?I made everything i checked the force log, i re-installed the game ,
i closed and oppened my internet modem but nothing(and ishutted down antivirus and firewalls)

Please i need a clear and helpfull answerb:surrender
