Character blurry or see through?

A friend of mine downloaded Perfect World onto his mac after getting a programme to run windows on it. He called me and told me his character was blurry and that some things were see through. I told him to change his graphics but they still seem that way. What else can he do?

    what are the specs of his mac (as seen BY windows)?

    msinfo32 (on windows partion/system) export as txt and then paste contents here

    Where would he find that? See the weird thing is the start up is normal looking, and so was the character generator because he made his character just fine. Its when he actually goes into the game it does that.
