Freeze/sleep pvp reduction?

Is there a reduction in the length of time for Silent/Chromatic seal in pvp similar to the damage reduction compared to pve? It seems these hold same level mobs a lot longer than same level players.

    Haha wait untill you get the sage versions if you go sage. The sage versions extend sleep 4secs and freeze 2 secs. It's fun putting ppl to sleep and then laying down in front of them to mock them if it pulls off close to my max durationb:victory

    Sage might do that but it does reduce your attacks by 50% and speed to 40% where as Demon doesn't.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    Not much trouble really, just purify it away, tah duh no negative effect

    Emms so Sage silent seal gives +2second, then purify = -2 seconds (1.5 if you have sage version).. so essentially same as Demon silent seal? =X
