Title says all. So far I havent leveled rib strike seeing as it would not be useful against archers and arcanes, which are my main target. Should I level focused mind or tidal protection first? What skills would be best to level up? I have read some of the guides, but I am still not sure which skills are most useful for PvP assassin. I would say Rib strike is for more PvE oriented Assassins.

rib strike still hurts, i can one shot arcanes with it at level 85. (crit of course)

Rib strike does have more PvE uses however.

headhunt and throatcut are your stun/seal lock moves best to level them. level stealth to hide from higher levels, get cat-like thread to like level 7ish and you're fine for dodging up to like 20ish levels higher than you. (budget cut, feel free to spurge more)

deep sting is worth leveling for a higher chance to sleep (5 seconds to set up whatever you want), tackling slash has its uses for preventing people running away and giving chi.

Level your teleports to teleport longer distances

wolf emblem makes your crits 30% stronger, level this right away

If you plan to use chill of the deep to be a skill spammer, then level that too as well as twin strike and slipstream strike as your moves have various cooldowns and twinstrike = normal attack when under CoD
Navarre was your everyday veno, until she learned her true form. Now she's fox walloping and purging over and over again.. all for a deep stinging, head hunting, wind pushing Assassin. Will there be inner harmony and myriad rainbows? But of course! Yuri&Lemon Find it on Fanfiction XD "Discovering Sanctuary" Chapter 2 is up ^_^

headhunt, subsea, power dash, rib strike, wolf emblem, focused mind, tackling, cat like thread, sharp observer, 2x stealth

rest can remain 1 until u can afford it

^ these r most effective ones if you have some interval stuff in my opinion

if you got interval gear killing anyone is simple:

stealthed > 2 spark > wolf emblem (max) > maze steps (only need level 1) > tackling slash (max this) > swing till target dies.

if target is a wizard however maze steps wont help against seal and they can shrink when paralyzed. this is also the combo to use if you use chill of the deep:

stealthed > 2 spark > inner harmony (max this) > shadow teleport >Tangling mire (genie skill) > Wolf emblem > tackling slash (max) > throatcut (max) > RDS (max) > headhunt (max) > rib strike (max) > twin strike > throat cut > occult ice (genie skill. get max level and as much str on the genie as you can) > slipstream strike > twin strike > rib strike

That's ~18 seconds of being incapacitated. During the entire combo your target will not be able to react in any way. If the target isn't dead, you need to shadow escape and find a new target. Go refine your daggers and try again later. Squishies will likely die on the first throatcut, if not by the time you reach headhunt they should.
