help i cant play

ive been playing pw for about a year on my laptop and everything worked fine. recently i had to format my drive and reinstall everything. now when i sign in it only lets me in for about 10-20 min before i error out and get a bug report. ive tried verifying ive tried reinstalling ive tried restarting my computer. my computer is not overheating i have all my drivers, and ive got my settings on the lowest they can go. ive even got gamebooster running so i dont have to much in the background, and i have tried running with and without GB but nothing seems to work. plz help i love this game to much to quit
