Stop complaining about fail BHs

I ve seen comments about pwi not beeing intended for squad play, others about fail barbs or cler, basicly a load of **** about fail BH runs. A lot of the times you can actually read between the lines that the fail was the one writing the post not the rest of the squad.

Here s one thing thought. Fail BH:s are a lot more common at low level BHs than the high ones.

So here is the ultimate and final answer to why BH and other runs do fail.

Squad activity takes more knowledge and skill than solo since u have to interact with other players and compliment thier weaknes. It takes longer to master and that s it.

All failed BH s are because either the squad is set up wrong with the wrong combination of classes or because one or several dont know what they r suposed to do and the rest not enough to instruct them. End of story.

The good part is that they will eventually learn and reaching lvl 80-90 it s rare that BH fail since people actually know to a larger extent what they are doing.

I don't completely agree with you:

    1) It's entertaining to read about failed BHs
    2) The biggest reason why squads fail is the fact that some people don't know how to play their class. You are right in that. But, the second biggest thing is the fact that people don't listen how it should be done.
    3) General discussion is general discussion; you can talk about fail squads here.

First of all I agree that people should stop whining about fail BHs. They happen sometimes and after they've done people should just forget about them and wish that they get better squad next time.

Allthough, I do not agree that failed bh is always a cause from "wrong combination of classes" or "because one or several don't know what they are supposed to do". I myself have been tired many times when I've entered my bhs, usually due to waiting for my friends to get to pw (which could even happen at 9pm or so after being awake for 15 hours) and the random players on my squad might have thought that I'm a fail cleric. b:chuckle Also, once my barb friend was drunk when we were doing our bhs, which of course caused him to lure mobs weirdly and our squad almost wiped two times b:surrender

So my point is, that 'the fail BH run' can also be caused by a 'fail' cleric or a 'fail' barb since sometimes people just have a bad day and some of them even are truely fails. b:laugh

Also, all 80-90 people don't know what they are doing, oracles. b:chuckle

    BH is a vicious cycle.

You may remember that when BH first came out there were very few fail BHs. Why? because people knew how to play as was already stated.

I have a alt bm I bhed from 40 to 60 because i had some gear i wanted to be able to use faster. I didnt do more than 2-3 quest other than tideborn quests in that time. I was told one day at the end of a bh39 in pm by one of the people I went with I was the best bm they ever squadded with. Ok, thats just sad. But why was that? because players do exactly what I was doing (power level a character), but on their first character not their 4th or 5th.

While squad composition is a factor, a BH run can be done with nearly any classes as long as you have the basics covered (tank and cleric), and as long as those people have an idea of what to do. and ofc who can tank is defined by the boss.

    in short

BH-->power lvling--> high level noobs-->fail BHs-->QQ--> being upset in BH and getting testy--> the misconception that being higher lvl will automatically mean things will go better-->BH

and we're right back where we started

lol soo no true use to be but not anymore there are so many fast ways for ppl to level now that there are lvl 80+ noobs who dont know how to play their class now this may seem biased but most seems to be that alot are TB since ppl start the new classes dont care to learn the way to play them and just orical and hyper exp their way up cuz they want to be "strong" when in fact they are weaker cuz they do not know how to properly utilize their classes unique abillitys.

Now im not saying that all the TB dont know how to use their classes just the ones that had to have max lvl instantly and didnt really play their class this also goes for any class that ppl who just orical or hyper exp up to a high lvl without ever learning how to use thier class

well making mistakes in bhs is normal and that isnt what i call fail bh

wanna know what is fail bh, when lvl 80 cleric dont purify barb on pole and when is asked to purify then he sparks and attacks boss and in the end steals drops...and there is no way to explain people like that what they have to do, they don't reply to anything you say...you cant even understand did that person understood what u r saying or not. so now tell me, how its squad fault that lvl 80 cleric doesnt know when/how to use purify or maybe he doesnt even have it cuz he maybe oracled all the way up and forgot that he needs bunch of money to level skills too

lets see, u can have barb who dont know how to tank
u can have cleric who have no idea how to play their class
u can have veno who dun know how to pull and dun even try to understand when some1 trying to explain
u can have any weirdo dd run around and agro everything and kill party nonstop

its not squad fault that there r people like that

and i like to read about fail bh squads if writter can write it in funny way

    Not true at all.

I have had so many fail BH squads in the 80s-90s that I rarely do them anymore with my cleric and I run them solo most of the time on this char even though it takes way longer.

Language can be an issue sometimes, too. Had quite some BH runs with people who just didn't seem to understand English. Or squads with Spanish speaking people who refused to speak English (I'm never gonna squad with Umbrella faction ppl again on RT) at all. This can lead to serious problems.

hehe 80-90 is when good parties happen. as if..

I'm sorry but since i started doing BH69, I'v learned there's more clerics at my level that dont know how useful purify is when your tank is debuffed. Instead these clerics try to heal straight threw the debuffs and end up getting people killed. Then when i mention they should purify, they still dont over some useless self pride.

Sniff sniff, BTW Alliptica psys are better than sins, ijs.

I'm joking. You could poke me and i'll keel over dead. b:surrender

BUTYEAH. I've had my fair share of fail BHs. Haven't we all these days? But it's rubbish if you think levels means more pro squads, means nicer BHs.

    RUBBISH. :(

my 8x veno doesn't even touch bh anymore. I just.. cannot.. be.. bothered.

And it's more annoying that nobody listens to advice anymore. When I first started PWI, I came on these ebil forums and I read the guides to every class.

Even if I dont have much experience as a cleric, I have learned the basics, I know which heals suck and which don't. You know?

And as I level I learn more.

Make bh 1 boss again, my friends level too fast because they live in BH. T_T

Why not complain about bad BHs?

I am seriously under the impression that the forums need to have somewhere that you can name and blame and shame the idiots that can cause ridiculous fails and massive squad wipes - and I don't mean the people who do it once but the people who do it repeatedly. The clerics who simply cannot heal even if you map out for them in specific detail that the skill they should be using is IH, and they should be using it on the tank, not using Plume Shot all the time on Rankar as the tank dies and AoE smacks everybody else.

These kind of people need to be complained about. There is a good reason to moan about their stupidity and how blatantly dangerous it is to a squad and to an individual. And I seriously believe that if you could name these people, and offer screenshots to prove their idiocy, we'd be a lot better off. The morons wouldn't get into squads and would actually be forced to learn otherwise people would not squad with them.

We cannot name and shame the idiots. We can damn well complain about them.
