Can't Send Ticket?

I'm trying to send a ticket for a harassment issue, but it's not quite working.

See, I get to this page ==> http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

I fill out my ticket, to the extent necessary, and when I go to hit submit, it waits for a while, and then just clears the ticket blank entirely without submitting it. I tried to fill it out and submit this three times already, and it just keeps happening...

I normally take care of the people that harass me in game (if it's just me they're harassing - it's called blacklisting), but this person took it too far by harassing me and my faction through every means possible. From what he/she said in the end, I doubt he/she is going to stop anytime soon. So I would really like to report this player.

    Have you tried clearing out your cookies and cache?

    I just tried that after I read your suggestion, and it just did the same thing - no improvement. Is there perhaps an alternative way I can submit a ticket and this harassment problem can still be taken care of? b:surrender

    I just had a look through the post history of several GM's, it took me two hours but I still haven't found the E-mail which I know exists. Posting this to bump this thread in case anyone knows it. b:surrender

    Awesome, that should work nicely. I think I'll try submitting the ticket again after their Monday's maintenance on the ticket system. If it still doesn't work (like if their update doesn't fix the issue), then I'll definitely send them the email your link led me to.
