Is it just me or is it really hard to find a squad when your a low lvl. before all the flamers start no this is not a QQ thread i am simply stating that i am finding it hard to find a squad for the tideborn boss Ocean tusker since i don't have a faction.

any one have advice on how to find a friendly faction on LC or an easy way to get squads?

    Ocean Tusker has no Call to Duty quest and only Tideborns need it, so it is not very likely you get outside help (since you will need a cleric at least). Unless you have friends/meet friendly people that want to help, don't think you will get it done now sorry

    I'm on the wrong server otherwise I would help :/

    yeah i know only tide born need it. lol its a real hard boss to get a squad for unless u have a faction but im new to lost city so i havnt found one that will take me yet

    i had the same problem and for that reason i have never killed the ocean tusker q_q

    lol looks like ill just sit at raging tide city till i either get lucky and find a squad or find a faction looking for members in WC

    I was putzing around the cave on my Veno alt (collecting water pets) and got pulled into a Tusker run by a brave Sin who simply whispered for help. Give that a shot; yeah, some people might be annoyed by unsolicited pms, but you might also meet some friendly people who have no problem helping out. b:victory

    It was hard for me to find a squad for tusker too. Luckily I was finally able to get a couple faction folks to come down and help me.

    In general you don't find a lot of low level squads for things. Usually it's either high level chars hear you need help and give you a hand or when questing you may find 1 or 2 people who in the same area to make the quest grinds easier.

    It can be a little frustration for new players who don't know the game yet. My best advice would be to find a good faction that will help when you need it and answer your questions when you have them. It really makes the game a lot easier and more fun.

    You can actually DPS the tusker to death with 6 psychics in your party around his level. Me and one other Psy managed to get him to about a third of his health before aggro stabilized and he killed us.
