Need help with skill bar

Well today I decided to expand my skill bar out so I could put more skills on and have them all there to see. The one at the bottom has four bar when it expanded, but for some reason bar one (on the very bottom) and bar three have the same skills them them, even though I try to change them. How do I change it so I can have additional skills on it, not the same ones?

Here's a screengrab so you know better what I'm talking about:

This is because the third bar that you say is the same as the first bar IS the first bar. It is just layered like that to show you where all your skills are. I admit, it is kind of confusing, but there are only 3 true skill bars on the function key line, and there are 5 on the number key line.

Test this out...if you press the tilde (~) twice, does it change to your bottom bar of the three upper bars?
For those times when *facepalm* and *headdesk* just aren't enough, I present...*brickhead*...painful, effective, and guaranteed to make you forget why you hit yourself in the first place.

This is because you're mistaking four bars, for three.

The three bars that appear greyed out are your three bars - the first one above the solid bar is skill bar number 1, the second is number 2 and the third is number 3.

The bottom bar shows you one of these three bars. Therefore, the main bar at the very bottom that is viewable at all times is showing you the skills you have on skill bar number three.

Confusing I know, and I don't explain it very well, but there are only three true skill bars. The solid one viewed at all times shows you one of the three, and you can scroll through all three with the "v" key.

I ninjaz you...though my answer was a tad more confuzzing...

If you use the 'rotate' function (the up/down arrows on the end of the bar or hotkey.... z I think, maybe v? I remapped it, don't remember what it used to be) then you can change what the bottom bar is pointing to.
Have it point to one of the bars you've not expanded out, and voila, every icon shown is its own skill rather than a copy.

There are two ways to get the additional bars to be seen at the same time. On the right side of the skill bars, you will see three icons. The up arrow at the top, and the two rectangles in the middle both let the skill bars be seen. The arrow will make all of them come up at once, including the duplicate of the solid bottom bar, while the rectangles will make them come up one at a time, without the copied bar.

In other words, the arrow will make all 3/5 skill bars appear at once, and the rectangles will make 2/4 bars come up one at a time, with the missing one being the skill bar currently being used for the keys.

Hope that helps (and is understandable).
