Character transfer

Is it possible to transfer a whole character from log in to another? I have 2 logins, both are mine and i can verify that. I just wanted to know if i could take 1 character off the other login and transfer it to my main one since ive used an account stash on my main one. They are on the same server just different login.

The answer is no.

One character will not be transferred to another account, much like a character will not be transferred from one server to the next.

This is correct; it can't be done.
