new website/forum layout problem

Greeting!
First thing I am sorry I didnt know where to report website layout issue. so I am reporting it here. If there is any thread regarding new layout issues please move it there. and then I can track it.
Issue:
I have two browsers website and forums works nice in Firefox but not in IE6
in IE6 I am not able to scroll till end I am attaching SS of it.
