Daily quest problem

I'm having trouble with the Crazy Stone and Bounty Hunter quests; for Crazy Stone, when I speak to Hou Jensi, she has no quests available. For Bounty Hunter, the quest-giving NPC is dead. :) Apparently there must be some sort of bug that lets NPCs be killed or something.

I really want my daily Crazy Stone quest again though. :) Thank you!

    NPC is different try the one more to the left, :) she looks the same just different name.

    Check in repeatable quests in the find quests to ensure you're speaking to the correct NPC for your Crazy Stone.

    As for the Head Hunter, he always disappears entirely for a few minutes right after midnight server time. I believe this was to prevent some kind of glitch to get multiple BHs. Just wait a few minutes and he'll be back.
