You need Special Mats to make FB89 Wines, Which are found in Heaven/Hell.
BUT.
You cant get in Heaven/Hell Without Completing Culti, which takes place in FB89.
BUT.
You cant do FB89 Without Wines because, no one would help you un-wined.
SO.
You need Special Mats to make FB89 Wines, Which are found in Heaven/Hell.
