It is incredibly unfair to penalize both people when one person disconnects during a Marriage Quest. TBH, it's unfair to penalize the person who gets disconnected too.
I had an issue w/ my internet provider this morning, and thus both of us failed the marriage quest?
I don't complain much about daily quests since they are bonuses, but I am doing so here...I paid full price for my marriage pack, as did my game husband (admittedly long before the quest was implemented). I'd like to see my investment returned in game value, since he does not get to play but for a couple hours a day normally.
Thank you for your attention, I hope we can find a solution to resolve this bug.

I'm sorry that you encountered networking issues.

Please note that PWE (or any game company) is not responsible for a person's Internet connection issues.

You can also read about this in our Terms of Service here: http://www.perfectworld.com/about/terms

While it is unfortunate that one of you disconnected, you can do the quest again next week, and can do the other dailies too.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
