King Carapest where are uuuuu?

My little fox has just spent ages wandering the world looking for King Carapests. Anyone know where they are?

    I am really not sure about it, but since PW Database has no location for them I would suggest trying at least somewhere in the area Cave Of The Vicious - Vibrant Cliffs

    Ooh I just tried that, then came and saw your post b:chuckle

    but thats a lvl 20ish area and the king carapests r lvl 30ish. Anyone else have any ideas?

    It doesnt exist. There's many monsters found in the database which arent actually found in the game world. This is one of them. PWdatabase just data-mines the files. However, do a search just for "King" and it'll give you a list, there's a column that says "Exists" where most monsters have a 'Y' in that column, King Carapest has a '-'. Also, even if monsters exist in a cave, PWdatabase will show you a mapped location, thats not only a feature of the outside world. So that further evidence that it doesnt exist in the world.

    Lvl 30... the only thing I can think of is that Diabolic Jester on the cliff, west of Lost City lol.... I don't think it's tamable though

    Well I did some more extensive searching and used some other 2 monster database that could give some more hints :

    None of them lists any location for this monster. Actually the Malaysian one doesn't list it at all.
    So I guess is really not a monster you will find in-game.
    You will just have to wait and farm hay when you can handle the mobs around level 35 like we all did.
    Hehe...I assume that was the reason you needed those mobs, wasn't it?

    Damn! And I was sooo hoping for that beer.

    About the solving part, well not much of a solution or help since all we could do is speculate that they are not implemented, not atm at least.

    Well hay was easy to deduce, since they are no quest mobs (if they were you would have coordinates for them). So what was left :
    -grind for XP : no way in 30s and, besides there are are mobs that have better XP at that level.
    -grind for drops : it was pretty obvious here. What would you grind them for - Dew of Herbs? b:laugh
