Resetting Bank Password

Hello,

I took a few weeks off recently and when I came back to play I had completely forgotten what my password to my bank was. I was able to submit a ticket but it came back saying that they were unable to reset the password at this time. Does this mean that I have to wait even longer? I have tried live chat and it sends me back to the ticket screen and this has been for a few days now. I would like to get playing again but I am getting frustrated as to why I just cannot get my password resent. Why can you not reset it? Should i keep sending replies? I would like an answer please as I have been waiting a while. You can message me for my mains name if you need too. Thank you.
My specialty is being right when other people are wrong.
