Wizard - My personal build

I don't use anymore light armor build. Not Pure INT. Not hybrid. I use this build, it helped me a lot:

Each 2 levels:

7 Magic
2 Dex
1 Str

And each 2 levels again:

7 Magic
2 Str
1 Dex

So, each 4 levels:

14 Magic
3 Dex
3 Str

And keep going with this build. For great magic power, a decent defense, and a good critical rate...

EDIT: So, what build can I use? I want to have a good/great magic attack, and a decent defense with some critical rate. What build I MUST GO? LA has a poor magic attack. Pure INT has no defense. And the guys says the DEX sucks except you go LA.. i don't know what to do.

    At high levels you will loose HUGE attack power.

    The dex really not woth it, unless you go LA.

    Your attack is less, while still using arcane armour, and still squishy due to no vit.

    May as well go for LA build.

    Dex is for morons unless you're LA build.

    Buy a restat scroll or go LA.
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

    So you're nerfing your power the way LA build does, without the benifit of LA's increase phys defence.

    Eehm, WHY?

    Dex is pretty useless unless you go LA build.

    Plus, you're losing precious power, without the added physical defense from the LA build. So, this wouldn't really be a very good build.

    Dex is useless on a wiz unless u go LA.. so either go LA or restats

    Go pure magic + 50 Vit

    Extra HP = survivability.

    Refine your weapon nicely and you won't see noticeable loss in damage (at least PvP-wise).

    It's much cheaper to get 50 Vit and focus on refining your weapon than going pure and trying to refine all pieces of armor you get.


    Getting Dex for evasion isn't best option as evasion is rather bad defence close to end-game (just take a look at Archer part of forum :p )
    If you want crit: stack it on rings, weapon and Christmas Tome.

    After I finish my last cultivation at l.100 and RB I'm gonna restat and take 50 points from vitality to go pure magic. I don't have full 50 points but ~30 and with gear it's 50. So I'm gonna restat soon.b:victory

    BTW. My HP now is 5300 so I will have after restat 4700.

    I went +50 vit until lvl101. The extra HP DOES make a huge difference for our survivability.

    I restated back to full magic recently.

    After I read this, and thinking for one day, I find my build sucked. Please. Delete it, im really shiny.
