How do you get into the Valley of Reciprocity...do you have to be a specific level?
When you counter...dont let them cut you..when you defend someone dont let them die...when you strike..Kill!

    Your are right, starting from 40-55 you can go in there. Which is rebirth alpha. Such as myself, my main barb can go in there. You just need 6 rebirth orders and a full squad (6)
