Specific Character will not connect

I have a specific character that will not log on to the game, but I do not recieve the reportbug crash that seems to be much more common. Instead it goes through the normal process until the black screen and the message "Entering Perfect World" comes up, even the in-game music starts as if the login was successful. However it goes no farther than this screen and after a minute or two, I get the disconnected, please log in again message.
No other character of mine has been affected by this problem, including those on the same server.
I have already tried computer restart, verify files, and all the instructions for the similar "reportbug" login crash. Nothing has worked.

    Here this is the screen I get every time, even after every suggestion I've gotten so far, this is all that happens

    Still nothing on this? Its been a few days and I've got no farther with this issue.
    So far I've tried every thing in this fix [ http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/sh...1&postcount=35 ]
    I've reinstalled and verified all files, and still, one specific character will not log on.
    All I get is the screen shown above after about 2 minutes. Every time.
    I would still like to start a new character on the new server tomorrow, but I don't want to waste the time or money for it to fall victim to this same problem that nobody can seem to fix.

    Okay so I Finally get through to live chat help, and GM fixes this problem in a matter of minutes.
    Unfortunately, silly me, I didn't ask what caused this or how to prevent it from happening again. What happens? I can't log in again about an hour later.
    Could we try this again and maybe fill me and everyone else in on this?
