I'm new to PW, and i'm a wizard. I'm wondering how I make new items? Because i take a look in the auction house, and it shows the item made by another person. Is it HARD to make items ?

Equipment is not relevant to class, but is relevant to your stat distribution and the type of armor you choose to equip.
What you are talking about is Manufacturing, which is available in four categories in this game:
1) Blacksmith (Weaponry)
2) Tailor (Armor)
3) Craftsman (Ornaments)
4) Apothecary ((Remedies)
Except for apothecary, everything you manufacture will have your name on it as a form of credit. To manufacture, you need materials (mats), and the necessary manufacturing level.
Since you're lvl 6 now, the Elder should've given you the quest for manufacturing lvl 1. Once you complete the quests, you will receive Basic Skill Books. Bring them to the Elder, look for "Learn Manufacturing Skill", and pick accordingly.
To manufacture, go to any NPC that manufactures the category you require (e.g. Blacksmith for weapons), then click on the weapon that you want to make. You will see a list of mats required for it. If you have them, you can manufacture.
Also, you need to have the appropriate skill lvl to manufacture. The top right of the trade menu reflects your skill lvl. When you click a weapon, it will show the manu lvl required. To raise your manufacturing lvl, just manufacture. For example at lvl 1, your skill will reflect 0/10. Manufacture 10 times, then talk to any Elder that allows you to learn the skill, then upgrade accordingly.
Making items itself is not hard, and is a rather random thing. When you manufacture, you can get different grades of weapons: one-star (1*), two-stars (2*) or three-stars (3*). The basic stats of equipment increase based on the number of stars. It may also come with additional stats, like "Magic+1" etc.
Unless your 1* item has interesting attributes (for e.g. "-3% channeling"), it is considered low grade. 2* items when decomposed can yield a lot of chi stones, which can be used to manufacture attack charms, refill your genie stamina or aerogear acceleration gauge. 3* items yield Mirage Celestones (but you must pay to decompose).
On a side note, decomposing items also have lvl requirements.
Mat gathering however, requires either grinding or money. I suggest you check the materials needed first, then go to pwdatabase and check what drops them. It's better to get the drops at your lvl than to be above the mobs lvl because drop rates are lowered, and at lvl 50, there is a manufacturing quest that has quite a disgusting requirement for you to progress. Check the crafting nook section of the forum for more details.
Hope the above helps.0 -
First you have to complete the manufacturing quests the elder gave you at level 5. After you gather the materials the various NPCs ask for, they'll give you skill books you take back to the elder and Learn Manufacturing Skills. You'll have to make several items (level 2 items with level 1 skill, level 3 or 4 items for level 2 skill, etc) before you can advance your skill level, and there are real annoying quests to complete to advance to level 4 (at level 50+) and 6 (at level 80+)... see the crafting corner subforum for more details.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
