How can I have everyone look like their normal selves again?

Ok so I used the best performance setting and the show/hide players out of range setting and now after I put it back to normal, everyone's faces like look the same. Fore example, all tideborns female and male are bald and all females have the same faces and all males have the same faces. So, please help me with my situation. b:cry

    Go to system settings > ui and check customizations.
