Why Can'y I Use Live chat with GM's?

when ever i try to use live chat with GM's it takes my to the ticketing page

Here is the procedure :

1. I click support at the top of the screen
2. Then, it gives me options, GM chat, FAQ and Ticketing
3. I click GM chat,
4. It takes me to the page that lets me chose the GAME the SERVER and the CHARACTER
5. I chose : Perfect World, Heavens Tear and My character and i click Chat live with GMs
6. it takes me to the ticketing page b:angry

can anyone help me
and tell me why this is happening?

ive been trying to do this for weeks

and its not because they're only online at business day, cuz im writing this on a thursday

anyway, can anyone please help me

    They're also only online between 10:00 and 19:00 server time on business days.
