Forgot safe service password

I recently was in a terrible car accident and lost a little bit of my memory, Not alot just little things, my pw passwords being one, Thankfully I was able to get the character back but I no longer remember my safe service password, Or the password to change gear. Any ideas? Already submitted one ticket
