Question about World Quest

I was wondering about the random items you get while doing world quest. I've been getting random items that are Lv. 1 and worth 5000 coin like Folding Fan, Kingfisher Feather, Marble, etc. I was just wondering if they are used for anything or should I just sell them?

    Just sell them. They're for something that hasn't been implemented, and probably won't be.
