Eastern Set not drawn in certain frames

To be more specific, in certain frames of some animations (casting spells, riding land and flying mounts, mining mats) the dress is not drawn on a venomancer. That's on a common hardware configuration (Q9300/GF9600) running a very basic setup: 32bit Vista with security and some stability updates, reasonably recent drivers from nVidia site with no modifications or 3rd party additions, and I don't remember installing any DirectX updates obtained from anywhere except Microsoft's website either.
