59 FB & culty Transcendent

Sorry, if it was some were here I just couldn't find it.
So, I have done the 59th fb and culty. My quest list does not show it any more. But when I try to take skills for my barb like Sunder it shows that my culty Transcendent isn't finished jet.. how come and where can I find the quid to recheck what did I miss.
