The only place that I really can think of is the Forges near General Summer in South Arch.
Check out the Mold Forges, one of them will tell you what mats are needed to make the mold.

You can get molds from bosses in FBs, but thats rather rare. You can also purchase them from the mysterious merchant in 1k Streams, but you need both chips, and a large amount of coin.

To manufacture molds, you need the mold, materials, and the appropriate manufacturing lvl. As Midnitekitty has said, the forges are near General Summer.

Molds of your lvl are dropped by bosses of your spiritual cultivation lvl. For e.g. Qingzi, fb29 boss, will drop molds that are closer to your lvl range (30 or so). Each fb boss also has a different mold. You can check pwdatabase for it.

If not catshops, go to the Auctioneer > Auction House > Others > Mold. You can occasionally find a good deal.

Reguardless of which method you use to get a mold, be prepared to pay a pretty high price for it, whether its a LOT of runs in an fb/bh, buying them from players/Auction House, or earning mystery chips. Ive rarely seen a mold drop in an fb (not including the 2x drop events, i can count the number of mold drops on both hands), but you can get them that way. Itll just take a while.

I actually managed to obtain 2 molds from my FB69. Demon Panther Ring and Shinguards. It's all down to luck. Sometimes it'll come in abundance, other times you may go several runs and never see a drop.

I personally camped Qingzi again and again and again on my 73 wizard to get an Order of the Stars mold for my then level 30 cleric. Eventually I gave up and spammed WC with requests until I found a seller.

Tideborn molds are gotten through weapon token quests rather than from boss drops. You have a 50/50 chance of getting a weapon mold appropriate to your class, or a number of mirage celestones (number starts at 2, and increases with later quests.)

Dragon questing gives you access to a few molds. You have to decide if the effort is worth it. Many don't believe it is.

Looking around, i see there are no molds from either the anni packs or the lucky corals. Nor can you get molds from the dragon quest raffle.

I talked to someone recently who was telling me their faction had a mold hunting team.
