So I have been trying to figure out how to change my factions Icon. We are a Level 3 Faction and I have read what to do from the Faction Supervisor, and still no help. I have also tried to sift through the Forums to see if anyone was talking about it. So please if anyone can help me figure this out I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.

    send them a ticket about it and they will send u details directly to you

    below is the mail i got before;
    *edit
    1)Submitter must be the guild leader.
    2)Submitter must send in a screenshot of your guilds roster showing that the guild is a level 3 faction.
    3)The image must be sent in a BMP format and must be 16*16 pixels.
    The image cannot be inappropriate and we reserve the right to refuse any pictures we deem inappropriate.

    To obtain a faction icon you have to submit a ticket with proof that your faction is level 3 and also your desired icon. Also take note that this change is not instant and that you should atleast expect 2 weeks for your icon to change.

    Also note: the process to change the icon after it is active is not in place. They have shut it down to develop a new system and have not given us any kind of a clue about when it will be fixed, reinstated, or otherwise. They say that it will be announced when it is fixed, but give no information on how it will be announced or where when asked.

    Really sucks because we got the transparency fixed on our icon now but they won't let us change it.
