Pure Arcane, LA, or Hybrid on PVP server, and what genie?

When making a wizard on pvp server, should you go pure arcane, LA, or hybrid? Im guessing LA is way easier, but not as effective. So I have a few questions:

1.Is LA a good pvp build? If so, should you add vit?
2.If you go arcane, should you put vit in or just go complete pure?
3.What type of genie is good for a wizard? What skills should be used?
4. After 40, is is better to stay with pure arcane or LA? Would it be better to level with dailies from 30 to 40?

If anyone can answers these questions, it would be alot easier.

Arcane and LA are both viable options, LA will increase your survivaility early game.
If you go LA, you can't add vit and still have enough magic to equip a weapon of your level. Just 1-dex-1str-3magic every level if you decide on LA. Though it is okay to put in vit if you decide to go pure, but mind you you'll only get 10hp for every vit you pump in, so 50vit = 500hp. It would help your survivability but limit your damage potential somewhat later in the game, but you can always restat when you feel you may not need those hitpoints as bad anymore. Or you can leave them in, it won't gimp you that bad.
It really won't matter what "kind" of genie you choose, what will matter the most are the skills you equip the genie with. Extreme Poison, Holy Path will both be necessities, you could also grab Second Wind as a decent instant heal.
If you're going to go LA, you should be fine until 90 or so, then you can restat to Arcane.
Always do your dailies.
