Crafting Issues

I got the 4 skills, now when i have been gathering materials and want to use those skills...

I have found that need to be 5 to 10 lvls above the actual gear lvl to use the skill...

so as lvl 29, i need to craft lvl 30 gear to be prepared, however, when i craft lvl 20-29 my bars are not growing, i am losing materials....

and the option to get to lvl 5 craft before lvl 30 is being avoided by the sys...
while i craft and no grow on the blue bar...

then does it have to do with spiritual, level or what ?

what is worst is that if i craft for some other players, the bar does not go up... then what is the point on collecting to craft our own gear, when we have to be 5 or more levels to do it ?

    On each item, when you go craft it, it shows the requisite crafting level. Your bar will only grow when you craft items of that very level.

    If you have lvl 4 crafting, only crating things that require level 4, will increase your blue bar.
