Archer Trainer??

Hi everyone. Hope this is a good place to post my question. Honestly many of ye'r gonna laught bout it but...im Lv14 fighting only in close combat with monsters so...could any1 tell me 'How can i learn new skills as an archer?' Iv already red thousand of pages about the wonderful powers skills mae bring upon me but...what should i do to study those nu skills?
Is there really around an archer trainer or... well, help me if ye can.

    get a bow and arrows or xbow+bolts, slingshot+shots
    go to plume city or bamboo village, there is archer skill trainer
    do your cultivation quest to get better skills(it shows up as orange quest in ur quest log)
    and how da heck u got to lvl 14 by smacking mobs with a bow?
