Continous Genie skills

Basically what the topic says. I thought that it would be cool to have some genie skills (like Holy Path) take a certain amount of Energy and Stamina at cast, and after a certain amount of time (6 sec at lvl 10) starts to drain Energy and Stamina. The skill will stop after you run out of Energy or press Esc. The problem is that it might be too OP for PK. It might work best with skills like Extreme Poison or something that increases crit hit rate. Only problem would then be the fact that DEX would be unneeded. Anyway, what do you think?
