"Support" Live chat

Does anyone know how to get this to work exactly? I cannot get the live chat to initiate after selecting what "game" and "character" it goes directly to e-mail ticketing. Is this broke? Or they just put that up there to make themselves look good? Idk either way I guess i wish SOMEBODY would respond to my countless ticket emails/phone calls to customer service. It's been at least 3 days I have waited patiently.

    Try later, or another day, when you get redirect to Ticketing site no Gm's are online at the moment, i think not sure thoughb:victory

    Live chat is only available during our normal business hours of 10am-7pm PST, Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, you will be redirected to the ticketing page.
