Competition between Shadou armored bear and the Golem?

okay so, im confused. There was once a time where the golem/crystalline magmite was the better tank if u were too broke to get a Herc, but someone said to me that the armored bear is better than the golem. Is this true, can anyone give me any links to sites with a comparison?

    The Armoured Bear is a better overall tanker on paper because of much higher mag res. However the Magmite remains much better at holding aggro and is higher damage does outweight the benefits of mag res. A Glacial Walker would probably make a better choice than both.

    has higher magic res than magmite, better hp, slightly less attack and def. makes it one of the ultimate free pets.
