Game is updated but it saids not updated

I updated the game a few days ago and it worked fine. And my computer went haywire for some reason so I did system restore and everything works fine. But when I log in pwi it saids get the latest update. but the patchers checked and it said it was updated I even downloaded the manual patch and still same thing. What do I have to do

    Try using the Verify button on the launcher.

    Yes me too, but not working fine since, I had to "Verify" and it has crashed 3 times since and it has never done that, but yes my problem started yesterday as well and i am from Lost Cityb:angry
