My equipment plans for 80 any good?

I planned my level 80 equips a bit already, and here is a list what I'm thinking of getting:

Few options I'm still thinking:

My spear. I will get TT80 Dragonlance, but I also thought about getting Massive Champion. Dragonlance is better tho.
My necklace. Now I thought about getting a quest reward one, but if you have any suggestions, tell me.
Magic necklace and belt. Should I get those?

Reasons for some things:

Annihilator of Souls (lvl 60 mold) as a DPS weapon, my DEX at 80 can only be 120 so that's the only thing I can consider.
Viper's Seal as my P. def belt because I already got it.
Aresh Mantle b/c I can't afford Cape of Tauran.

I won't PvP, so this is PvE only. Shards will be beautiful citrines for armor, maybe flawless if I get 4 sockets on something, and flawless ambers for other weapons than fists where I will get flawless garnets. So, any ideas what to change here?

I would say get an Equine Talisman for m.def necklace, they are extremely cheap nowadays, and gives HP bonus. At lvl 80+ nearly every mobs you encounter will be casting magic at the start and in the middle of a fight, so Shadowless Kick won't always save you (unless you stun them but you have to be flexible).

So P. def belt and M. def necklace? Sounds fine. I might get it as fast as I can, because I hate fighting magic mobs. The only thing I'm really worried about is money: most of my leveling will be with BH, and the stuff I want costs 17m coins if you count molds, TT mats and ultimate subs. And that is even if you don't count the shards, which aren't cheap at all. Btw my build will be 80 VIT (already got it) 210 STR and 120 DEX.
