    it depends is the original type of vampire or the twilight/vampire diaries type? If original: be scared out of my wits if the other: be drooling every 5 seconds

    I'd check my surroundings for any immediate danger, then start sniffing out an animal trail and follow it to the river. There are plenty of human settlements along the rivers. I'd also listen for signs of predators en route. (Sorry but in something like that, I'd be realistic.)

    A scenario right out of Inkheart: What would you do if you were reading a book out loud and suddenly the characters came to life...literally?

    I'd probably throw my V8 in his face. Keep in mind that I don't like the taste of V8 straight out of the bottle, so I usually mix a fair bit of cayenne pepper with it to make the stuff palatable.
    Not quite weapons grade in terms of the Scoville scale, but it probably wouldn't be pleasant if it got in your eyes. b:laugh

    What would you do if you found yourself locked in a heavily re-enforced and soundproofed linen closet. The doors appear to have been locked and barred from the outside, and you have about a 3' by 5' space to move about in. The owner of the house is determined to protect his sheets and towels from potential thieves. Apparently, the space also doubles as accommodations for unwilling/uninvited guests. Your only items are a swiss army knife, a tin of Altoids, a handheld electric fan, a pocket FM radio and several matching sets of high quality designer sheets.
