i was in fb29 and the person tanking said not to use aggro taking skills. I have tried to find a guide online, but nothing really answers the question flat out. I didnt really help since I thought Id be taking the aggro since i was level 49 and he was 31. >.> So if I missed a guide or someone can let me know i would appreciate it ^.^

    Any skill that a pet applies to a mob generates considerable aggro.
    Be kind: Help the GMs to depopulate the servers.

    Yeah. Well I let my pet fight, whose the same level as me, but he still held the aggro. I just thought if I tried to attack, itd be taking the aggro. Just uncertain on this. Thank you for answering :)

    Well, if your pet is using its skills it will draw more aggro than if it just fights.

    Your pet taking aggro from the tank isn't a real problem though - worst case; your pet dies - then aggro goes right back to the tank.

    Exactly how much damage it's safe to have a pet deal depends on how good the tank is, your relative levels etc. etc. No way we can quantify it from here.
