Genie Skill: Dampen Magic Curse

hola im just wondering is this genie sskill any good?

Dampen magic Curse: constantly decreases a targets mp for 15 seconds has a 12% chance to recover 30% of your mp over 15 seconds

- i was wondering how much mp does it decrease to the target? does it increase when it increases in lvl?

-does the chance of getting 30% mp also increase as lvls increase?

    Hm, unless duelling with rules,(No pots ect.) I don't think it will be very effective, (As all a WB or BM has to do is drink a mana pot and there MP is full, or a Magic class, because they can still hit you with the remaining 70% mana..)

    I'd say get rid of that skill and replace it with something better. :D

    (And remember, this skill will be useless in PvE, as mobs don't have a "mana" bar. There "skills" don't require any mana.)
