Genie problem

I am new to this gameb:laugh
When i log in i never see my genieb:shocked
then i go to my inventory drag into my bag anad again beside my character b:angry
how to get out of this problem pls tell meb:cry

its probably just a game glitch. i generally dont use my genie and am perfectly fine functioning without one.
