I've been trying to chose one of these 2 but still couldnt make up my mind b:surrender
If theres any polearm bm out there, can u gimme some advice plz

    I say go Shatterstar, then at lv 99 get the lv 99 pole that has soul shatter. Debuff is nasty if it procs :( But if you were to strictly stay at 90, I'm not so sure. Neither of these look very good to be honest.

    Monarch Spear at 99, removing all of the target's buffs is wonderful, and an AoE proc would be a thing of beauty in TW.

    Evil Eye: Red is another one that I'm going to get. It is lvl 90, and has a proc to stun and seal the target on proc. So protecting against just one, they still are hindered by the other. Mostly planning on using this as an early measure, combined with demon Meteor Rush to try to raise the chances of successfully stunning them.

    Getting the early stun allows for a better combo later on, and is good for a target with few buffs to make use of Monarch. Since it isn't a main weapon choice for me, I doubt I'll be getting a nirvana version, so these two should suffice for my playstyle.

    Too bad that this debuff doesn't work with meteor rush.
    Evil Eye's proc is seal and freeze, not stun.

    Then on your version it's different, because on PW MS it works like Veno's doom.

    Im just looking for a spear that i can use atm
    I kno Monarch is great in pvp...at lvl99
    But as u can see im only lvl93
