why are there alway 2 patch to download?

one is aroung 9 MB and the other usually around 200MB?

# Patch 283-291: Released 03/03/10

# Patch 233-291: Released 03/03/10

should i get both? or the smaller one will do the job?

    Older patches are put into one big one incase someone has an older version.

    Check your version # when you launch, if its 283 then the small patch works, otherwise you'd need the larger patch.

    In general, have you been playing since the prior patch? If yes then you only need the small one.
