So I have this fun cleric character, fun yes but then I decided I wanted to make an Archer. But I wanted my archer to look exactly like my cleric(down to a 'T'). How would I go about doing something like this? Is there an easy "copy/paste" method? I've searched for a few days and found nothing related to what I'd like to know. If my google/forumsearch fu is bad, please correct me. b:thanks

You can try just copying the position of every slider bar. But I think a lot of presets come with settings that you can't easily change, which is really annoying. -_- For example, my gf once created a variation of my main on her machine, built from some preset that was different than the one I used, and when I used the same slider bar positions, mine looked slightly different (I kept the changes anyway, though - I couldn't make him look decent otherwise XD).

Also remember that your archer will stand and pose a significantly different way than your cleric will. :P And possibly won't have the same hair options, etc...

You can certainly make a similar character, though. Just probably not identical.

You can save your first char as a preset, then copy that preset (found in its respective folder in the PWI game folder) and paste it into the female archer presets folder. Restart the game and you should be able to select the old preset for your new archer.

As long as you don't do this to tideborn classes, it should be ok ^^

Wouldn't that count as messing with game files, though...? <_> Which IIRC is bannable...

Please correct me if I'm wrong, lest I scare the OP. XD

I don't wanna be banned for my archer looking like a twin of my cleric. b:surrender Be nice to have some input on that. Anyone actually know if it's a bad thing to copy your characters body/face to another chatacter?

copy/pasting the character preset files is perfectly fine, as is sending them to friends or whatever

going into them with a text editor (like notepad) and editing them directly is bannable

copying preset files between the old races and the tideborn (in either direction) for the purpose of exchanging hairstyles is bannable

Get makeover scroll. Go to Cosmetics Master. Save your current profile. Close. Switch charachters. Open Cosmetic Master with makeover scroll, select the preset you created, use that. Viola.
I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

That would work if I made another cleric, tried that method already. Alex seams to know what he is talking about, because it makes sense if you copy a file compared to altering a file.
