Glitches and issues

Okay so I've been working on my archer and about a day or two ago something happened to where I can't see people anymore. All I see if the name above their head or if they get really close to me. Also when I do see them they all look the same and the tideborn have no hair. Now this is only on my archer however I've been also having problems with my cleric as well. I was healing a veno when it showed she was okay I couldn't use IH anymore and when I looked over at her she was dead on the ground but it showed that she was still alive on the bar. Things have been glitching up really bad and I want answers to why. My computer has been bad but never like this. Everywhere in Arch it's lagville now so I can barely move.

On another note about the forums... where are all the mods and gms? There are people posting about botting and nothing is being done...I'm just curious is all.

Go to options, and then under the UI tab you need to check customizations on and the distance bar all the way to the right.
This was probably resetted because you toggled best performance on and logged out like that.

The healing thing could've been caused by lag.

Hmm but this lag is very unusual for my computer and it was just recently cleaned completely so I'm falling back on the server lag thing.

This seems like the most reasonable answer to what you explain.

As for the lag, I can't really explain that. Meh, some days I lag more than others, but I just get used to it. And for the most part I am always lagging a little bit in Archosaur.
