Can't use my blademaster :(

Every time i try to log onto one of my characters(blademaster, if that makes a difference) it starts to log on, says entering perfect world, then closes right before i enter and says there is a software bug. Its been like this for a couple days now. My other character works fine. Anyone else having this problem?
