Question for KY

I decided to steal the very unique thread name from another post ;p

NOTE: this is not flame bait, and not me flaming, but an actual serious question.

So, we all know about kylins many TW alliances, which is smart on their part to help them get land easier, but whats the deal with pvp alliances? Just a few minutes ago there were 5 Kingdom that ventured over to west gate, and what do we see, about 10 kylin 6 crimson and 3 takoda sitting together doing nothing. We come out and all 3 guilds team up. How is that fun? why can people not have TW alliances, but enjoy pvp against each other as well? every fight for the last week or so has been just like this. i just dont get it really, doesnt seem fun for either side.

    u are a wb - werebeast not a WB - worldboss.. we prefer to do worldbosses... and sad thing is that all those who actually pvp efficiently where there taking down those worldbosses.. WTS drogonling essence... if u drop that taboo we'll take u down too ok? bye now

    Hmm my experiences are usually the opposite of what you mentioned. I usually get outnumbered by KD and Zulu working together to pew pew me. But i suppose we both have that problem equally. I think its just a matter of your luck and whose at west gate.

    Zerging bores me to tears. I always leave once my side gets too many because it's no fun when someone comes out and then has 8 people on them. No matter how good someone is they can only survive that for so long and won't really be able to kill anyone.

    This is why I don't really world PvP very much. One side always vastly out numbers the other and it just turns into "who can call more." It's boring and a waste of everyone's charms. You don't always have to win to have fun guys. b:pleased

    Try what I do Taboo; kill a group of people once or twice and then peace out, even if you're winning. No one has time to call people for zergs but you still get PvP in.

    i've said this exact thing in vent over & over & over again for almost 2 weeks and yet we insist on making world pvp boring as hell by not attacking anyone but you [KD] & zulu :\ hopefully that'll change & everyone will learn to keep these 'alliances' TW based and just have fun in world pvp

    This is too much to ask for of this server and of the players.

    Unfortunately, WAYYYYYYYY too many people take PK and PvP personally to just do it for fun.

    I say we have a TW draft lol. all participating guilds post in a thread and you will be place either against KD, or KY. ;p

    And as far as pvp goes, it should always be FFA. Funnest form to participate in when you know at any moment anyone can attack you, and the other way around. When we have had allies, it was always kind of annoying when we were in fair pk, then suddenly our ally shows up and now we are zerging. And being on the other end of that is even more lame, idk people seem to be caring less and less about having fun and more about politics and selfishness. I guess the game is kind of set up to cause that tho, oh well, i try to have as much fun as possible, whether it be trolling the forums or in game lol.

    Takoda is under allies/SL....Crimson is non-rpk...but not allies...but it's not like i'm going to sit there and start nuking Crimson members and pk'ing them...then it would turn into 6-7 kylin members vs 6-7 crimson and 6-7 KD and we'd be the ones outnumbered b:surrender

    Anyway if you [taboo], michael, JLUNG, miss_emm, ****, xxxnos, iamkiller, acrelar, EMOWDF, scarlet, Nicelion, Cerize, and the 2 other KD whose names I can't remember all teamed up it still would have been a decent battle; that's 14 decently geared 9x but the problem was getting all to come out @ the same time and not end up killing each other >.>... I think most of the crimson members had average gears except Barba/Rhyme and Banzzok left early and mostly just watched and fooled around...

    But yeah it got boring b/c of the numbers and I decided to leave early to do some shopping b:laugh.

    Uhm, Taboo.

    You had two options:

    1. Call for backup at KD guildchat. Even out the numbers and have fun in proper fight.
    2. Leave West Gate and start a QQing thread.

    My question is: why did you pick the second option? :<


    And don't blame others for bad "diplomatic" situation of KD. It's your guild fault for failing at keeping allies on your side b:surrender

    This is kind of funny, it's not Kylin's fault that KD is so ignorant and decides to break every alliance they have had and then realize that they are all alone, backed into a corner.

    Why should Kylin feel sorry for KD? You've made your bed, now lie in it.

    ps. We only have 2 alliances, the rest are just jumping on the "KD is falling" bandwagon.

    to be fair we never asked any faction to atk KD.. Takoda attacks KD because u guys broke the alliance with them... so they attack u and not us... Evoke attacks KD because Taarloor is an ex KY and he hates KD and he has a lot of friends in KY like myself.. but noone asked him and his faction to attack KD so those "alliances" are not the will of kylin to get more lands.. u defended us full last week and u lost against us.. so plz its time to STFU taboo because we didnt brag abt it.. neither we bragged abt yesterday's victory at dribbling spring.. we laughted cause u lost to zulu.. anyway dont think we are making every single tw faction bidding on u.. stop your QQ because we had more to QQ months ago when we were getting ganked

    crimsons ego got boosted when they attacked kd.. at silver pool it was me vs i dunno 10+ crim that were all attackin me..then some dude called me fail and crud then i picked em out 1 by 1 and guess wat they got rolled. Also at west gate same story but with some ky b:laugh

    lolumad Taboo. KD tries to make excuses that Kylin has been through much more, KD continues to spread their tears through forums and WC. KD can QQ about getting ganked but we never asked or forced them to, it's just the fact that that it's their own will to attack KD. Ignorance and arrogance is what brought this misfortune onto KD.

    After TW last night me, Barbapooper, and Banz just went to different parts of the map for PK.

    We got many PMs from Kylin to "Gank KD" in which we replied no.

    As for me i just drop a waterdragon here or there... But all i do is crit the freaking werebeast with a bajillion HP >.>

    And the six crimson were "low levels" with guts. And right after you guys left they pissed zulu off and 10 of them came out. Should've stayed man and fought with zulu against us.


    Also, there isn't a TW alliance with Kylin or Zulu.

    WTF, i go to bed with this thread talking about world pvp, which is what it was intended to be about. People like Limit understood my OP, and then Kylin decides its epeen flaunting time and derails a serious thread about making pvp MORE FUN. so just keeping telling me im QQing, it doesnt make you sound dumb at all. If anyone actually wants to continue to talk about why world pvp has gotten to this point please do, if you want to flame me for no reason, have at it, it makes you look like bigger morons than me.

    It's not our fault that 'everyone' hates KD.

    Why has the world PvP gotten to this point (for KD obviously)? Simple, KD can't control their members so they mess up everything for guild and it ends up being the most hated faction on the server, even Zulu has more respect then KD at this point.

    @Ligeia - We actually wanted to break the alliances and it was done by our leader, not some RPKer that had to go farm lowbies or w/e the reason was KD has lost all their alliances.

    The only reason to leave safezone anymore is to do a handful of points on worldquest and worldbosses.


    Kingdom broke their alliance with Takoda by popular demand. Takoda was as useless as allies get, and everyone got tired of them clinging on Kingdom's coattails. The officers turned a blind eye to members PK'ing them because Takoda turned a blind eye to world PvP which involved Kingdom and Kylin and rarely, if ever, assisted Kingdom in any way.
    Nurfed broke the Zulu alliance because the majority of his guild is ex-Kylin, Kylin alts or people who just like Kylin for some reason - he should have been more conscious of who he was inviting.
    According to Michael, Crimson just wants to "try their hand a guild other than Takoda," but I'm sure that's something similar to how Zulu just wants fun TW's. Crimson recently requested Kingdom freely give them Hidden Orchid so they would have access to bid Kylin, but everyone's a little less than willing to give them a land bordering both Kylin and Archosaur. I once pointed out to Crimson that they were safelisted despite never actually doing anything to help Kingdom, and AsHeZ's response was: "I believe this was a decision taken by RayVer when KD rules changed to allowable PK of red names. He or Michael can correct me here if I'm wrong and if you think it's unjustified perhaps speak to him about taking it off," which translates to 'too bad, **** you.'

    This answers alot...you clearly enjoy zerging if you say (for KD obviously). Go read Limits post, so you hear my point being made by a kylin member. If there are multiple guilds at west gate, with multiple people each, why the fack would they want to just sit around each other and wait for any small amount of KD to come out? just pk with each other for fun.

    About KD alliances, since thats apparently what the thread turned into, Yes we had rpk issues with allied factions, i still dont understand how that is enough to completely **** off an entire faction. So you get pked by a random dude in your allied faction, thats not gunna change the fact that 95% of the guild DOES follow the rules, and we still have your back in TW. People get so upset about things like this, and im not the type of person to baby people, If you get pked by someone other than me i have no control over it.

    Last point, why must every comment by either Kylin or Kingdom end with a jab at the other faction? even simple questions end with some sort of bashing. Sure i have apprently started alot of threads which **** people off, but im starting to get sick of it. I can only read so many flame posts directed at me before it gets old, and i think its reached that point.
