No Zen from Boku.

I live in Australia, and the first two times I used Boku, I did it on my friends' phone and they both worked. But the third time, I used my own phone to buy 600 zen for $12, and it didn't work. The Boku window bar was stuck at 'We have sent you a text message. Reply back blah blah'. I replied twice. I checked my credit (I have a prepaid phone) and it used up my $12.

I submitted a ticket straight after, and a week later I got a reply saying my problem has been fixed. But I still had no zen. So then I go and reply to the text message again, and I get the two messages that confirms the transaction etc. which costs $5 each. Still no zen. So I have effectively used $22 for 600 zen which I don't have.

Since then I've used Boku once to get 360 zen for $7, which I've recieved. But I want my 600 zen. Is there someone I need to contact other than PWI to get it?

Edit: And, apparently this happened after Boku was 'fixed'.

    hi there.

what usually happens is this -

    1. user contact boku
    2. boku contacts pwe
    3. both parties verify the issue and confirm whether the credits have been issued or not
    4. IF: credit was awarded appropriately, the case is closed; IF: credit was not awarded, user is awarded the due amount.

if you're still having an issue, send us a ticket and have ATTN: Orinj as part of the header.

    thanks!
