Change sage tempest from 50% chance of saving skill to anything else

The bonus is useless for sage clerics, we only have one ultimate, even if the effect triggers and we save a spark we cant avoid tempest cooldown meaning we cant spam it and there is nothing else to waste a spark on other than siren kiss (which is only useful for aoe grind and thats all) and sage spark but if we are going to sage spark why bother casting tempest? Give us something else like metal debuff or something worth casting it, we deserve an ulti with a useful bonus add at least like demons freeze or +dmg or whatever b:sad
