Unknown armor

Hi, before i switched to Assasin, on my cleric i saw Wizard with Armor that looked like TT90 Arcane robe (Acrobatic robe) however this one had better stats, and was from Rank reward, anyone know name of it, or where i can find stats of it, What Rank reward is itb:sad

Might be rank 8 robes for lvl 100 then o.O like....Robe Of Light

Oh god, Nirvana would be easier to manufacture then, and Rank equipment can't be refined.
