spell interrupted
Hi all,
I just want to ask a question about the good way on fighting monster while being interrupted.
Is there any skill or equipment (or any kind of method) that can help minimize the possibility of being interrupted while channeling the spell?
thanks and sorry for the noob question, b:laugh

Yes. Lesser channeling time= lesser probability of being interrupted. But it can be always interrupted. Even with sutra. One time I was interrupted 4x in row. And mob killed me.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
LOL I always get interrupted when fighting melee mobs, especially when it gets close and i try to use Phoenix to knock it back and finish off that last bit of HP it has. And when I look away thinking its dead, it isn't and i get hit. =(Characters:

You'll probably eventually just learn to do what I learned: spam your skill button b:sweat
When I see a mob is getting close to me, or is in range, I spam-click the skill I want to use (or hold down the hotkey, whatever works for you) to make sure that if it's canceled, I still recast it.
Of course, doesn't really work with longer casting skills like the ultis, but it's the only thing to ensure you don't walk off thinking you casted a spell, when you actually didn't. >.>0 -
Usually I figure out how many spells I can get off before the mob is within its attack distance (you'll have to kill one or two and judge how close they have to get), that way I can use tactics to avoid being hit BEFORE the mob actually has a chance to hit me, and thus interrupt my channeling. You have several options:
A) take advantage of gush's slow effect to run further away, then cast gush again
use distance shrink
C) use force of will
D) use will of the pheonix
I generally use A and B on archer mobs, B and D on melee mobs, and C (occasionally on magic casting mobs.0 -

For interrupting mob doesn't have to hit you. I saw it quite often in BH 69. Pole or gaurnob. They interrupted me without hitting.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
